“Summer 2015, Dale Cover replaced damaged siding and front porch deck and support posts, as well as replaced the entire porch rail. He power washed all exterior of the house and front porch. He scraped loose paint, caulked around windows and doors, and masked windows, doors, concrete, roof deck, and fence. He sprayed main color to soffits and siding and back-rolled while wet. When dry, he sprayed the second coat to the same areas. He brushed accent to all fascia, rain gutters, down spouts, and around windows/ doors. In addition, he repainted the entry door, as well as sanded and stained the front deck. Mr. Coover helped me chose paint/stain colors which were Sherwin-Williams products. Mr. Coover was recommended by several neighbors whose homes were painted by him. He completed all projects during the agreed upon scheduled time period. He and I completed a final paint check, and Mr. Coover repainted any areas requested by me. Mr. Coover is professional, delivered work as described on his estimate, and I am pleased with his workmanship and products. This September (2016), Mr. Coover is scheduled to replace needed fence slats, repair the fence gate, as well as power wash and stain the fence.”
